St. John's joins churches around the world celebrating the beauty and diversity of Creation, as we work to mitigate the climate emergency and reduce our impact on the Earth and the plants and animals we share it with. The Season begins Sunday 6th September and runs through our Harvest Festival on the 4th October.

St John the Baptist, Old Malden

The ancient church of St. John the Baptist sits in the far southwestern corner of the parish of Old Malden, high above the Hogsmill River just off Church Road.  A Christian presence in this community for over a thousand years, we are a dynamic collection of people from a wide variety of backgrounds, including many different church traditions both within the Church of England and beyond.  Our worship is relaxed, traditional with music and our choral tradition a vital part.  Our theology is open and inclusive, viewing the wealth of Scripture through the lens of the love of Jesus Christ.  We seek to be a spiritual home for all ages and to nurture each individual's own unique journey of faith.  Everyone is welcome here!
