Thanks to support from Sandwell Council's Go Play Grassroots Programme for 2026–2027, we're delighted to offer free drop-and-go play sessions for children and young people aged 5–12 years who live in Sandwell or up to 16yrs with SEND.

Our experienced playworkers create a welcoming space where children can play freely, make friends, take risks, build confidence, and follow their own ideas. There are no screens, no pressure, and no right or wrong way to play - just plenty of opportunities for fun, creativity, and adventure.

Children will have access to a wide range of indoor and outdoor play experiences, including:

🌟 Den building
🌟 Mud kitchen play
🌟 Large loose parts and open-ended materials
🌟 Sand pit
🌟 Tree swing
🌟 Arts, crafts, making and creating
🌟 Cardboard construction using our Chomp Saws and Makedo tools

FREE Play sessions are designed to give children the time, space, and freedom to play in their own way, supported by trained playworkers in a safe and stimulating environment.

Our parish of Warley Woods is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Co-ordinator.
