Safeguarding

Christ Church Sparkbrook is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults involved in our activities. See our Safeguarding Policy for steps we are taking to ensure a safe environment in our church. Our policies for Children, Young People, and Vulnerable Adults, give more details. This is in accordance with the Church of England Birmingham Diocese's Promoting a Safer Church Parish Policy.

Everyone has a responsibility to speak out when the safety of others is threatened or has been violated no matter where it happens. If someone attending a Christ Church activity shows signs of possible abuse, we will respond by offering help to provide safety and an end to the abuse according to our Domestic Abuse Policy.
