United Service of Holy Communion at Dordon - Christ the King

This service takes place at All Saints Grendon, NOT at St Nicholas, Baddesley. For this service, the three churches in our group come together (churches of St Nicholas Baddesley Ensor, All Saints Grendon and St Leonard Dordon). Those not wishing to receive Communion are welcome to come up for a blessing.

Holy Communion for Advent Sunday

People assemble at Baddesley Ensor Social Club, in New Street, for the escorted Lantern Walk to church (about half a mile). There will be a stop partway through the walk, for the switch-on of the Christmas Lights, then the procession will walk to the church car-park for Christmas songs and carols in the open air, accompanied by Amington Band. After this, participants will be invited into church for an evening service, starting at 6 pm, and refreshments.
