Welcome to St Peter's Church!

St Peter's is the Anglican church for the parish of Balsall Common in the Church of England Diocese of Birmingham. We are a friendly, inclusive, and welcoming church committed to sharing the love of God with our local community and beyond.

Worship
Join us for worship on Sundays (check the calendar to see what's on this week):

  • 9:30am Holy Communion on 1st, 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month 
  • 11am Family Service on 1st and 2nd Sundays
  • 9:30am SWITCH Family Service on 3rd Sunday
  • 11am Said Holy Communion on 3rd and 5th Sundays
  • 9:30am Cafe Church on 5th Sunday
  • 6pm Choral Evensong on 1st Sunday
The church is also open during the week for private prayer. 

Music
Choir rehearsals are on Thursdays 7:30pm - 9pm and new members are always welcome (there no auditions - just turn up!). Contact Kim Rawson on [email protected] or 07527 540529.

Care for Creation
St Peter's is committed to caring for God's creation and has a Silver Eco Church Award. We collect old pairs of glasses, printer cartridges, stamps for recycling and there are boxes to collect your donations in the church entrance. Exploring Faith
We believe that being a Christian extends far beyond Sunday mornings. To help us explore what it means to live our faith throughout the rest of the week, we host several Exploring Faith Groups. These small, supportive groups meet in people's homes during the day and evening for deeper discussion and fellowship.
