Chalgrave Church (All Saints)
Update on Services
We are following the most recent advice from the Government and Church of England in connection with Coronavirus but as we enter 2021 in Tier 4, with rising infection rates in Central Bedfordshire we have taken the decision to suspend services of public worship and private prayer in church for two weeks to keep folks safe. This decision will be reviewed on a weekly basis and we will resume our 9.30am Sunday service as soon as it is safe to gather again.
We continue to offer a weekly recorded service which can be accessed on: https://www.harlingtonchurch.org/worship-services-2/this-sundays-service/
This service is released weekly via the Church website and also via the church Facebook page.
You are also welcome to join our zoom Morning Prayer services at 9.30am on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
Please also contact Revd Linda if you are interested to join an online Bible Study course/homegroup or to 'come along' to our zoom Afternoon Tea session on Tuesday at 4.30pm
We understand that these challenging times can be difficult so please get in touch with Linda the minister, if you would like a chat, need support, or would value prayer. Please also contact Linda for information about weddings, funerals or baptisms. 01525 714442
The parish of Chalgrave is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of St.Albans’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
