Dear friends,

I was rushed to hospital by ambulance on Monday 30th May after suffering a mini-stroke (TIA). I am pleased to report that I am now home and resting. The consultant has advised that I now need complete rest to recover from my TIA. I have been signed off for one month and will then begin a gradual return to duties from Monday 4th July. 

I do really need the time and the space to recover well. I ask that during this time, you keep me in your prayers. If you need any support during my time off, please contact the churchwardens:

Please do continue to support the Sunday and Wednesday Masses whilst I recover. There will be some changes to the time of Mass (particularly on Sunday) and I am extremely grateful to colleagues who have offered their support.
