Concerts and Arts events at St Mary's Ware

At St Mary’s we are blessed with a beautiful and historic building which is also a fabulous performance and exhibition space. And for many years the church has hosted arts events such as lunchtime concerts, evening shows including opera and brass band concerts, jazz, organ recitals, visual arts exhibitions, including children’s work, and talks on many subjects.

Saturday 3rd October, Dawn to Dusk - a day of performance art. Celebrating local artists to raise money for essential building and maintenance projects at St Mary's. All welcome all day. 

St Mary's Arts Lunchtime Concerts

Lunchtime concerts run on the 1st Monday and 3rd Thursday of the month at 12:30pm for a 40 minute recital. A volunteer run Cafe is open in the Church Hall from 11:30am before each concert. These recitals are free to enter with a retiring collection made for the work and upkeep of St Mary's.
