Opening
The church office is open 9.30 am-1.30 pm Monday-Friday but do check that someone is there before coming to see us as we may be away from our desk. School holidays mean we have restricted opening hours due to staff leave.
Getting here
Welcome to St John's Stoke, a vibrant and exciting church community in Guildford. We believe that God is calling us to be a growing church at the heart of the community of Stoke-next-Guildford. This means that we strive to grow closer to God in worship and relationship, closer to each other as friends and as a caring people, and closer to the community and local parish that we serve, seeking to tell and demonstrate the love of God to all.
We are committed to extending a warm welcome and to do everything that we can to help you feel at home with us, to help you grow closer to God and help you to make a difference in the world.

n.b. we do not have any parking of our own. You can sometimes park at Guildford Lido (£5) or there is parking further up past the Lido by the Bowling Club. This is pay & display parking. The first 4 hours are free but you must display a ticket at all times. There are a few spaces on local roads for up to 2 hours but mostly it is residents permit parking.
