About Us
Warm greetings.
We are a church family of all ages, serving God in our church and local community.
Sadly during the Coronavirus pandemic all our services, events and activities have been cancelled - as they have for all churches. However we continue to support eachother and share worship from our homes. Please see our website for more details: https://www.stmarkswyke.org.uk
When our services and events may resume, we look forward to welcoming you. Do feel free to contact us in the meantime.
Our usual services :
8am Holy Communinon ( Book of Common Prayer). A said service with a homily.
10am Parish Communion (Common Worship) with music. First Sunday of the month we have an All Age Service at 10am.
For all our services we have a children's area in the church with books, colouring and toy bags, along with child friendly service booklets and weekly reading sheets.
Once a month on the third Sunday we have the St Mark's Lions club for children at 9.50am in St Mark's Hall, the children follow and lead part of a regular pattern of worship and the craft activities are related to the Bible story of the day. All ages are warmly welcomed. The Lions walk to church to join the congregation in time for the communion.
During the week there are various activities going on and a number of groups who meet. Please see this website for details or our Parish Magazine which is available in the church and St Mark's Hall.
Our modern church hall is available for hire, and is used by a number of local groups on a regular basis. Please see the link to the right of this page.
We look forward to welcoming you at St Mark's Wyke in Normandy.
