Our Building
Open 15 minutes before daily services of Morning and Evening Prayer and Eucharist.
Consecrated in 1978 St George's is a highly successful modern church design. In a warm brick it is enhanced by fine stained glass historic devotional pieces and a modern works of art.
Music and Worship
The 08h30 Holy Communion every Sunday is celebrated according to the 1662 Book of Common Prayer. Evensong daily uses the 1662 Book of Common Prayer.
Our voluntary choir sings, at the 10h30 Sunday Solemn Eucharist, to the highest standards works from the Western canon of church music. A full music list can be found on the website. There is an audition to join the choir and our Director of Music looks forward to hearing from you.
Groups, Courses and Activities
Crèche and Sunday School are available on Sunday morning during the 10h30 Solemn Eucharist.
The Young Adults Group welcomes students and young professionals to regular meetings: social events, alternative worship and pilgrimage all find their place. Contact us through the website.
We run regular courses for the curious, for the unbaptised and those who are new to Christianity.
We also have regular bible study, Book Groups and Prayer Groups. Details from the website.
There are a number of addiction groups that meet regularly at St G's. Go to aaparis.org for more details.
Every September there's an opportunity to join a group exploring Christian faith. It can but doesn't need to end in Confirmation. See the website for details.
