About Us

When people think of a church they often think of a building. We are not a building! The church in Uplyme is what we call a Mission Community - a community of people engaged in the ongoing mission of God.  We are also very much part of the local village life, with many activities involving all comers.

Together with the 7 other churches in the Axe Valley Mission Community, we seek to bless the wider community such that people will know that God is God. We follow Jesus, love the Bible and enjoy joining in with what the Holy Spirit is doing.

Our Sunday gatherings are lively and worshipful.
