St George, Goodrington

St George's Goodrington and St Mary the Virgin, Collaton St Mary together form the Mission Community of Goodrington and Collaton St Mary.   The Sunday morning Parish Eucharist is celebrated at 11am at St George's and 9.15am at St Mary's. There may be variations to these times for services at the festival seasons, Christmas and Easter, and other significant dates during the church year.

For current news and times of services and events, see the Mission Community Newsletter that can be downloaded from the Newsletter page - this also contains full contact details for any enquiries.

The churches are open for individual private prayer and meditation between 10am and 3pm: St George's is open daily except Saturdays, and St Mary's, Collaton St Mary, is open at weekends.

The parish of Goodrington, St George is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Exeter’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.  More details and contacts are given on the 'Safeguarding Children and Adults' page - click on the link on the left of the St George's page. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
