The Church of England has issued new guidance about how weddings, baptisms and funerals should be conducted once they are permitted again in church buildings. Church fetes and holiday clubs

You may be wondering if church fetes can go ahead now that outdoor markets can re-open, or if church summer holiday clubs might be able to happen now some children are back at school. The CofE public health advisor, Rev’d Dr Brendan McCarthy, says it is just too early to say, but adds: “We have to be careful about looking for doing ‘normality’ within the letter of the law when the pandemic is still a real threat to life”.
