Soul Space

We (the youth) have decided to continue meeting indefinitely and to name the group 'SoulSpace'.

SoulSpace is a multi-church youth group that meets weekly in Holman Park Club House, Lynton, 4.45pm until 6pm on Tuesday evenings. We share food, play games, have meaningful conversations about life, faith and purpose, and more. Whether you have gone to church for years or have never set foot in one before, all are welcome!

This group is for children of secondary school age but you must have parental consent to attend.

A display of Knitting and Crochet from Parracombe Craft Group. They meet each month on the second Wednesday and have spent much of their time making blankets that are sold in the hospice shop. This display takes place as part of Parracombe Arts and Literary Festival.

Morning Worship

We have a service of Morning Worship on the third Sunday of each month which is led by a member of our church. This is a fairly informal service and is family oriented and we are especially pleased to be inclusive for children in our service. Tea, coffee and biscuits are served after and we encourage all to stay for a chat after the service.

Group Service for Rogation Sunday

On the fifth Sunday there is a group service celebrating Rogation Sunday.
Rogation Sunday is celebrated on the fifth Sunday after Easter and marks the beginning of the Rogation Days, which are days of prayer and fasting leading up to Ascension Day. It is a time for asking God's blessing on agriculture and community well-being.
