Scout Christmas Post Box

This year, we are supporting our local Scouts by having a Scout Christmas Post Box in All Saints'

This is how it works:
* Check your card destination is on the list of local villages
* Buy special Scout Christmas Stamps for 40p each
* Post into the Box inside All Saints' Church between 10 Nov and 3 Dec
* Scouts sort and deliver your cards in time for Christmas

For security, the stamps are available from Clare Penny, Churchwarden, in person, from 10 Nov to 3 Dec
For comparision, Royal Mail 2nd class stamps are 87p each

New this year is a Hot Chocolate and Gingerbread Stall, manned by two young entrepreneurs, with any proceeds going towards the upkeep of the Church building

Downton Band Christmas Concert

Our annual Christmas Concert by the well-loved Downton Brass Band
Entrance free with retiring collection to be shared between the Band and the upkeep of All Saints' Church

Informal Nativity Service

for 30 mins

Following on from the success of the last two years, we are pleased to announce our Informal Scratch Nativity will return this year.

30 mins re-creating the joy of the nativity and singing a well-known carol or two.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Come dressed up as a character from the Nativity if you would like.
