Sunday morning stories, crafts and games for school-age children and accompanied pre-school children

The 1st Sunday is All age Eucharist, other Sundays Parish Eucharist

This year’s Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held on Monday 29th April at 7pm in the Church Hall. This is your chance to come and find out what we have been up to over the last 12 months, and a chance to look ahead and see what we might like to do in the future. Our churchwardens and Parochial Church Council (PCC) members are all elected at this meeting – so please consider whether you would like to come on to the PCC this time round. All are welcome to attend – and those on the Electoral Roll get to vote.

Evensong

A Talk and Discussion
Paul Archer will talk about the history of Arabs and Jews in Palestine and Israel and what if anything can be learned from this history about the possibility of a long term peaceful resolution. It is hard to imagine peace as we look at the present suffering but, in the end, there has to be a practical way forward. If there is one thing that we might have learned from Northern Ireland then it is that violence begets violence and that there is no alternative but to begin talking about talking.

This evening is an opportunity for discussion – nobody has a monopoly of wisdom and certainly not the speaker.
