A quieter said service
On the 1st Sunday of the month, we use the Book of Common Prayer

The 1st Sunday is All age Eucharist, other Sundays Parish Eucharist

Service of Worship including Holy Communion

Enjoy tea, coffee, delicious homemade cakes, a raffle and good company, while helping to support our local charity’s music therapy and community work with children with Special Educational Needs, people living with dementia, and people affected by brain injury.
Everyone is warmly welcome – we’d love to see you there!

This is our chance to celebrate the gift of our furry, scaley and feathered friends and family. Bring your whole family to church and say thank you to the animals which add so much joy to our lives. Don't worry if you can't bring your pet because they are slightly more nervous or large - you can always bring a photograph for the vicar to bless instead! To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort during the service, please keep your pet on a leash or secure in another way. And please come prepared to help clean up after your pet in case it is necessary. We look forward to welcoming you and your pet!

We meet the first Tuesday of the month in the Croft. A friendly group of like minds.

During the School term, our wonderful Church Children leaders invite our St Bart’s Church Families for -
1st Sunday of the month – the All-Age Service, meeting in the children’s area and Lady Chapel in church;
2nd Sunday – in the Croft to learn more about God and have fun crafting;
3rd Sunday – in the Croft for singing and music-making;
4th Sunday – in the Croft for Lego Church … enjoying a Bible story and play with Lego!;
5th Sunday (when there is one!) – in church for the Sunday service.

Evensong

A snack is provbided for the children, please bring a drink for the children and a cup or mug for the grown ups

This is an annual national sponsored event, organised locally by County Historic Churches Trusts. Wiltshire Ride & Stride (or its predecessor the Great Cycle Ride) has been going since 1984 and has raised over £1.7 million for the county’s churches. 50% of the money raised goes to the participant’s chosen church and the other half to the County Historic Churches Trust.
We have decided not to formally enter St. Bartholomew’s church into Ride & Stride this year. The walking club and other parts of the congregation have lots of people away so it was difficult to get a group together. If anyone would like to do the day individually, I have the forms. A service of informal “cafe style”  worship and prayer
About 30-40 minutes of worship songs interspersed with prayer with time for relationship-building
and sharing too! Come and be blessed and bless others.
