On the 4th Sunday of the month we support Muddy Church - usually held in Pewsey.
There is a gentle all age walk, with some simple tasks, or thought starters, during the walk.
This is very inclusive, with a cross country wheelchair provided for anyone needing to use one; and we welcome buggies or prams, and also well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome.
Those who really don't want to walk can stay at the church / churchyard for an activity.

We finish with refreshments, often round a fire pit, some craft and a time of reflection or prayer.

During the winter we start at 3 pm, once the clocks change over the summer we start at 4 pm

ALL AGE - Under 9 days to over 90 years. Bring the whole family and friends!

Muddy Church is a chance to be together outside, for all ages; to go for a Wander nearby, taking time to be aware of our Creator around us as we explore, and to Wonder about the world he gave us

Muddy Church is our monthly gathering (4th Sunday of every month usually!) - a chance to be together outside, away from screens, for all ages; to go for a Wander nearby, taking time to be aware of God around us as we explore, and to Wonder about the world he gave us

Each relaxed and informal session meets usually at St. John’s Churchyard, going for a mini-adventure of about 1.3 miles (there’s a shorter option if you really can’t manage that), with ideas to help us think about the theme of the day - chat with others as you walk, or just have a think by yourself.

Everyone’s welcome - please come dressed for the wonderful English weather ☀️⚡️- that’s all you need though; map, instructions and refreshments all provided.
