Please help us reuse your inkjet printer cartridges here - save the planet and raise funds!

Got old, unused, dried up, blocked or empty printer cartridges or new ones no longer needed?
Please donate them to us and we will ensure they are recycled properly - to fund maintaining our church fabric.

Each cart is worth typically 50p to £3.  We box up and post 30 or so carts and get paid for them.
If it's an unused/unopened cart leave it in any packaging as that is worth more, otherwise just recycle all the packaging or leave it for us to do....

NO Laser printers / toners thank you.

                 WHY???

300 million inkjets sold in Europe per year

Only 15% of all inkjets sold are remanufactured [ie made with recycled carts]

45 million cartridges end up in landfill in the UK

Cartridges can take up to 1000 years to decompose

The lifespan of ink cartridges can be optimised by reusing & recycling them as many times as possible

Reusing and repurposing don’t create pollution. Rather, items are made useful as they are.

90% of people say they would reuse and recycle more if it were made easier

A reused product can be back on the shelves again within a single month

Reusing and recycling creates 6 times more jobs than landfilling, and 36 times more than incinerating

For those of us looking to care for the planet, we need to get back to reusing. And, when items can’t be reused, we need to find ways to repurpose them. Reusing refers to using items more than once whilst recycling means putting a product to a new use instead of throwing it away.
