Many people are familiar with St John's from the outside as a landmark in Bexley Village "the pretty church on the edge of Golden Acre Park".

St John's has served the community for over 130 years and we aim to be a sacred and spiritual space in the heart of Bexley. Our principal service on a Sunday is a 10am Sung Eucharist, in the Anglican Choral Tradition with Family Communion on the first Sunday of the month and Sunday School operating during term time.

St. John’s is open daily for prayer, reflection and private commemoration, however apologise if on occasions you find church locked. Please contact us in advance if you are travelling to us on a specific date, especially if you wish to view our book of remembrance.

We have a church hall with some afternoon/evening/weekend availability for regular and party bookings. Details on booking our hall can be found on our website.

St John's is a part of the Bexley Team Ministry, alongside St Mary the Virgin, Bexley, St Barnabas, Joyden's Wood and St James, North Cray in the Bexley Team Ministry.

We are proud to be a member of Inclusive Church.
