During Lent we will be using a 'POT' to raise funds towards TOILET TWINNING!
As many will be aware - we at St James are busy raising funds to install a toilet, a kitchenette and improve the access to the building. It has been estimated that the toilet alone will be upwards of £60,000.00 to have water/cess pit and toilet installed.
To donate just £60.00 to an impoverished family's household latrine in a country of our choosing would provide an essential item to reduce infection, sickness and save on those medical bills that ensue following poor sanitation.
