St Michael's, Offham

We are St Michael's, the parish church for Offham in the Malling area of Kent as part of the Diocese of Rochester.  We believe Jesus' message is vital for the world in which we live and we seek to present that message in a way that mixes both time-honoured elements of our tradition with ways that are appropriate to our community of the 21st century.

We meet together to worship God, to hear and respond to His word, to support each other in the Christian life and to reach out to others. We hope you find what answers to your initial queries here on this website, and we look forward to meeting you in person soon.

Our Benefice

Safeguarding

Our parish of St Michael's is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Rochester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
