St Mary's Dunstall

St Mary's is open every day for quiet prayer or just a moment of reflection. You are welcome to come in. Please use the hand-sanitiser available and respect the tape to make regular cleaning possible. We are now glad to be worshipping with Evening Prayer on the second Sunday of each month.

Our first public worship took place on Sunday 9th August with Evening Prayer at 6.00 pm .

• "The parish of St Mary, Dunstall is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSO. The Diocese of Lichfield’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."

A short holy communion service takes place twice a month and the first and third Sundays. This will be livesreamed so that the service can be viewed by those unable to get out. DVDs will be made for people who do not use computers. We usually go outside to sing a hymn after the service.

Evensong on 21st August will be earlier than usual at 4.00 pm. The choir sang evensong at Tatenhill's St Michael's at the end of May and will be welcomed back to our benefice to sing again at St Mary's.
