Safeguarding

Our parish of Alberbury is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO) Rachel Wallace. Our Diocese of Hereford’s safeguarding pages include information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm, please contact the PSO Rachel Wallace on 07824536624 or the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser Carl Stevenson on 07593817717. If you have immediate concerns, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult care services.
