We are a small, welcoming church, seven miles from Hereford, Bromyard and Leominster, serving God and our community.

Marden: St Mary the Virgin

A centre of pilgrimage and healing since the 8th Century associated with St Ethelbert the King. A warm welcome awaits you at St Mary's, on the banks of the River Lugg.

We are open for visitors between approx 9am and 4pm every day and meet every Sunday, except the fourth Sunday in the month for worship. Please see the worship services and events for more information.

Preston Wynne: Holy Trinity

Nestled in the Herefordshire countryside, our recently restored church hosts regular worship and events, supported by our community and a new hospitality building in the churchyard. Find out more about the Restoration Project

We are open daily for walkers and visitors, and meet twice a month for worship. On 2nd Saturdays, we meet at 4pm for Pizza & Praise, an informal family service, and on 4th Sundays we gather for Holy Communion at 11.15am.

As a church we are committed to "A Rocha UK's Eco Church Award Scheme" and are currently applying for Bronze award.This was confirmed at our PCC meeting on 23rd Oct 2025. We recognise and teach that creation care and action to address climate and nature crisis are integral to the Christian faith.

The smaller of our two church buildings in Sutton St Nicholas. St Michael’s Church hosts intimate worship, fellowship and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. Visit and rest awhile.
