Bridstow: St Bridget
The village of Bridstow lies 1.2 miles west of Ross-on-Wye and 10.6 miles south east of Hereford. The parish is bounded to the east and south by the River Wye. The parish church is dedicated to Saint Bridget. With the exception of the West Tower the whole church was re-built in 1862 but the chancel arch is of an early 12th-century material.

A few miles upstream of Ross-on-Wye, in the heart of the Wye Valley, you will find this ancient church at the centre of a rural parish on the banks of the River Wye in Herefordshire. Sellack is the only English Church dedicated to the Celtic Saint Tysilio, who lived in Wales in the 7th century. Worship is still at the centre of church activities having services on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month with Bible Study on most 3rd Sundays and celebrations for many special occasions – Candlelight Carol Service, Christmas, Palm Sunday (with the rare custom of Pax Cakes), Easter, The Bridge Service, Harvest and occasionally hosting a group service.
Sollers Hope: St Michael
St Michael's Church, tucked away in an idyllic setting, serves the small parish and people of Sollers Hope. Gathering for worship 3 Sundays a month in Winter and every Sunday in Summer, it also runs a popular Rogation Service and Dog Show in May each year, a sumptuous Harvest lunch, and a popular quiz night each winter. A warm welcome awaits all who are visiting or holidaying in the area.
