Join us for a fun quiz focusing on general knowledge, with a tasty and hot drinks to enjoy during the evening. You can also bring your own drinks with you. There are 6 people to a team, but don't worry if you can't put together a team, as we will be happy to arrange this for you. Tickets are £10 per person, and the money raised will go to Coxley Church. This is a great opportunity for the local community of Coxley, and the area around Wells to enjoy cold or hot drinks at Christ Church Coxley. Join us at this Holy Communion service, which is a chance for people from all three parishes to worship together each month. The service is for all ages, with singing, Bible readings, prayers, and a short talk. There is space for children to play and be creative in the church, or they can join in with the service. This is a more relaxed church service than other Holy Communion services, making it great if you're exploring your faith. Everyone is welcome, and there's a chance to chat to other people after the service over coffee.

Join us for a traditional and musical evening service.

This is a beautiful service, which uses service booklets so that you know which parts the minister says, and which parts the congregation say aloud. One of the main parts of the service is the Psalm for the day, which is either said aloud or sung. This is followed by readings from the Bible, including the joyous words of the Virgin Mary when she learned she would give birth to Jesus, and the heartfelt words of Simeon, when he recognises the Messiah when he meets Jesus. The service ends with prayers: the Lord's Prayer, the prayer for the day, a prayer for peace and a prayer for help against troubles. There are four hymns which are sung during the service, and a a short talk too.
