St Andrew's, Wellington Square

WELCOME TO ST ANDREW'S CHURCH!

St Andrew's is one of the three churches that, together, are the places of worship and gathering for Minehead Parish. The other two are St Michael's (North Hill) and St Peter's (on the quay). On these pages you will find information relating to this wonderful building, St Andrew's.

For detailed information on services, events, gatherings - i.e. what is happening in the parish - please go the Parish page. You will find the link to the left of this page (Parish), or you can click the link below (Our Parish).

St Andrew's is the 'workhorse' church of the parish.  This is where our parish office is based and, due to its accessibility and central location in Minehead, is where the majority of our services, events, and gatherings take place.

Our regular worship and events at St Andrew's are:

Sundays:

  • 1st Sunday (of the month) - 8am Holy Communion; 6pm Potter's House
  • 2nd Sunday - 10am Parish Eucharist with Shining Stars Sunday School
  • 3rd Sunday - 10am Parish Eucharist
  • 4th Sunday - 10am Parish Eucharist
  • 5th Sunday - 10am Creative Worship (check notices for confirmation of location)

During the week:

  • Tuesdays - 10am Celtic Morning Prayer
  • Thursdays - 10am Holy Communion
  • Fridays - 10am Cafe Church; 1030am Coffee Morning

ALL are welcome to all services and events in Minehead Parish!
