The Stogumber bellringers ring for Sunday services and practice is usually on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm..

Visitors (ringers and non-ringers) are welcome in the tower. Contact the Tower Captain, Sara Coward on 07879 468 383 before coming, just in case arrangements are different on any particular day.

The bells

We have six bells. The heaviest weighs 17½ cwt and was cast by Thomas Bayley of Bridgwater, who also made the chandelier in the nave. The oldest bell is No.2, cast in 1687.
