St Mary Magdalene

This is a small, rural church with a big heart and everyone is welcome to any of our services and events. We hold a service every Sunday morning, apart from a 5th Sunday when we join together with all the other churches in the Benefice. On that Sunday we travel to whichever church is hosting the service that month. A service of Holy Communion is held on the 1st Sunday at 10.30am and the 4th Sunday at 9.30am. A non-Communion service, led by a church member, takes place at 10.30am on the 2nd and 3rd Sundays and we regularly hold informal, family-based services when breakfast is served at 10am, followed by a short service and a children's activity. Saturday Coffee Mornings take place weekly April - September and a pre-Christmas 'Warm Up' with soup and puddings, crafts and cards, are a great way to meet friends old and new.
