Quite possibly my final Update to you. I hope you have found at least some this useful over the last couple of years.

Regular Sunday Services are as advertised in News & Notes. After my final service on Feb 4 the hope is that your church’s normal pattern of worship will continue. I understand it is coming together but unfortunately there are still some gaps. Please be patient with those who are working hard to ensure continuity.

Services & Gatherings on the next few weeks

Tuesdays – Morning Prayer at 10.30 from the comfort of your own armchair using Zoom. Contact [email protected] or Mark for details.

Thursday – Morning Prayer at 8am in St Michael’s, Skelton

Monthly Tea Service, a short, quiet service for the elderly – for details please check the News & Notes

Something NewTo those of us who have met regularly over recent months….it would be good to meet on 14 Jan at 3pm to celebrate Jesus & to plan for the future. Please join us.

Final Service My final service takes place at St Michael’s in Skelton on Sunday 4th Feb at 2pm. It would be wonderful to see as many of you as possible there for one last hurrah!

I’d like to draw your attention to the following event. NISCU is a Christian charity that works in any school that invites it in. Across Eden we are blessed by having Ruth & Andi who work in schools sharing the wonderful God story that we are all keen to share. A member of the wider team (Jane) is running two listening training sessions in our locality over the coming months, please see below. Sometimes people are speaking to us but are we really listening? The training is designed to help us hear properly what is being said, especially if we are concerned about a person’s wellbeing.
