The period before Easter, known as Lent, is a special time to gather with others and explore and experience our innate spiritual life. This year's theme "Draw Near: Life giving habits for Lent", is inspired by the biblical exhortation "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you!" (James 4.8). Together we will explore the simple, enriching rhythms of Christian spirituality, focusing on a different aspect each week - worship, prayer, reading the Bible, sharing communion, service and sharing our faith. 

Sessions, lead by rector Lawrence Basham, are relaxed and friendly and no prior experience is needed. We meet in Rydal Hall at 11am on Mondays 22 February, 2 March, 9 March, 16 March, 23 March, 30 March. Refreshment provided. You are warmly invited, do come along for one, a few, or all six sessions.
