Parish Administrator – Grasmere & Rydal
The Parish of Grasmere & Rydal is seeking a part-time
Parish Administrator
to support the day-to-day life of our church community.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of parish life, working closely with the Rector and a friendly, committed team. The Parish Administrator will be a key point of contact, helping to ensure that services, events, and the wider ministry of the church run smoothly.
Responsibilities include general administration, supporting weddings, baptisms and funerals, managing bookings, and assisting with parish communications and records.
The role is for 16 – 20 hours per week, with flexibility in how these hours are worked.
It would suit someone who is well organised, approachable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. A willingness to support the life and mission of the church is essential.
