St Luke's Goostrey

Welcome to St. Luke's, Goostrey. We are a village church offering a variety of regular services and activities, and occasional events to which all are very welcome. Our friendly 10am service on Sunday mornings is followed by coffee and conversation, and we also have shorter quieter services at 8am on Sundays and 10am on Wednesdays.
Our various groups include a small choir, bellringers, St Luke's friends fellowship group and others, and everyone is made welcome. We are currently developing our work with young people.
There are always craft activities for children to enjoy during services and due to start soon in the village a brand new "Goostrey Tots" group for babies, toddlers and parents/grandparents and carers. We hope to see you soon!

Safeguarding

Our parish of Goostrey St Luke is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Chester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO on 07555 538 784 or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor by emailing [email protected]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services
