On the 1st Sunday of each month, our 9:15am and 10:45 congregations meet together for a single service, with a contemporary approach, everyone is welcome. Holy Communion is usually celebrated. Our two congregations will also join together for a single service at Easter and Pentecost and other festivals.

St George's Hyde

Welcome! We are a friendly local church situated on Church Street Hyde SK14 1JZ. We are committed to following Jesus as we find him in the Bible. We try to provide worship which suits every age group. We offer a traditional service at 9.15am, and a family service is the 10.45am service, both services alternate between Morning Prayer/Morning Worship and Communion.

On the first Sunday of the month we have a joint service at 10.45am. There is always refreshments and a time of fellowship after both of our services.

During with week we have events going on both at St George's and our sister church in the parish, St Thomas's on Lumn Road.  

We also host "Bread and butter" on Friday afternoons- this is an independent food provision initiative.

We are focused on serving our community of Hyde and Godley.
