Over four sessions in October we will explore the first book of the Bible, Genesis. Each session will take place on Tuesdays at 2.00pm, and be repeated on Wednesdays at 6.00pm.

Coventry - St. John the Baptist

Welcome to St John's Church, Coventry. We are the Church of England parish serving part of the city centre, Spon End, Lower Coundon, and the Butts.

We are a parish in the Catholic tradition of the Church of England, and are part of the See of Oswestry.

Each Sunday Mass is offered at 11.00am and 6.00pm, and you are welcome to join us at either of those times.

Every Saturday the church is open from 10.00am to 12.00noon. You are welcome to come into the church for some prayer, peace and tranquility, and you can light a candle if you wish. Saturday morning is also the time when our Rector is usually available if you wish to see him about Christenings, weddings or any other matter. Do drop in to see him. Our cafe in the hall is also open on Saturday mornings, so you can enjoy a hot drink and a snack too.

The church is open at other times depending upon volunteer availability.

Opportunities for prayer and worship are offered during the week. Do see our weekly notices or the calendar in the 'Services and Events' section for details.
