Maundy Thursday, observed during Holy Week, commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus with His disciples before His crucifixion. The name “Maundy” comes from the Latin mandatum, meaning “command,” referring to Jesus’ command to “love one another” (John 13:34). The service is a solemn and reflective occasion that leads into Good Friday.

The Collegiate Church of St Mary (or St Mary's) is an Anglican Church set in the heart of the ancient town of Warwick. We offer a range of services of renowned choral tradition and worship style. Our Christian faith is expressed through our worship, hospitality, and service to others. In the words of our vision we seek to be a church rooted in faith, reaching out in love.

St Mary’s is usually open for worship every Sunday (08.00, 10.30 and 17.30), every Wednesday (10.00 and 17.30) and every Friday (17.30). Sunday morning services at 10.30 are live streamed on Facebook and YouTube. 

Our opening hours for visitors: Sunday (12.00 to 16.00), Monday to Saturday (11.00 to 16.00)
