If you or anyone you know within Derby City requires assistance with shopping you can ring the helpline – (01332) 640000. It may be to give your neighbours or family a rest from shopping.

The person has to be classed as vulnerable or has received a letter from the Government.

Once they have phoned the number, an order is taken over the phone, it is then passed to the team at Littleover where they pick and pack it, then the volunteers of DCC collect and deliver. They ring the client prior to delivery to make payment over the phone, so they *need a debit card* to pay.
