Congratulations to The Links on earning a 5 star food hygiene rating from Darlington Borough Council for their "Express" Cafe here at St. Matthew and St. Luke's. The cafe is open every wednesday from 12-2pm serving good quality food and everyone is welcome. The Links are a local charity here in Darlington who do a lot of outstanding work with adults who have additional needs.
