SUNDAY 10th MAY at 10.30am After the Eucharist Service, St Peter's in Stixwould will be holding the Annual Parish Meeting in the church.

The purpose of this meeting is to elect the churchwardens for this next year (2026/27). Every person on the electoral roll for Stixwould village has the right to attend and vote for their church wardens who are the essential link between the church and the people who live in the parish.

At the conclusion of that meeting the Annual Church Meeting will commence. This meeting is open to all who are on the St Peter's Church Electoral roll. Items on the agenda include the approval of the auditor for the church accounts for 2026, the        reports on the accounts, the fabric of the church, church activities, a ministry report    and the election of the 2 Joint Church Council members. If you are eligible and able          to attend either or both of these meetings please do so.

This is your village church, it is there for you for all the important milestones in family life, for family weddings, for baptisms (all ages!) and at the end, the funerals of your loved ones. But it is also open daily for you to take time out from your busy lives and        just spend a few minutes resting in the peace of the Lord.
