Church of England Diocese of Liverpool St. Mark, St. Helens

St Marks North Road

St Mark's, North Road, St Helens, is a friendly church in the evangelical tradition of the Church of England. The main Sunday service is at 11:00am which takes the form of a Common Worship.

A service of Holy Communion on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month with a Service of the Word on the 2nd and 4th Sunday.

These services are steamed live each Sunday from church via Zoom.

Mid-week, and during the recent pandemic, a service of Evening Prayer is said online via zoom each Wednesday evening at 07:00pm. Each Thursday morning there is an informal 'online coffee and catch up' and each Thursday evening Bible Study online at 07:00pm

Details for these services and events can be found on our Facebook page.

While St Marks remains open, the Warden and Verger are aware of the safe capacity on numbers and the limit on those attending funearls. For services to continue, they are required to ensure that these restrictions are maintained. Please do not be offended by this.

The restrictions are now Law and are in place for the safety of all.

Once safe capacity at services or the maximum number of 30 for funearls is reached, they will not permit any further access to church.
