St Mark's, North Road, St Helens, is a friendly church in the evangelical tradition of the Church of England. The main Sunday service is at 10:45am which takes the form of a Common Worship service of Holy Communion on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month with a Service of the Word on the 2nd Sunday. The church met every 4th Sunday the Gamble Hall on Gamble Avenue for 'Cafe Church'. On the afternoon of the Second Sunday each month, there is a new, "4:44" gathering at the Gamble hall aimed specifically at young famillies. All are welcome to this informal gathering. There is a weekly service of worship each Thursday morning at 10:45. A weekly youth group meets each Wednesday evening.
