St Andrew's, Orford
WE ARE PLEASED THAT THE CHURCH WILL RE-OPEN FOR USUAL SUNDAY EUCHARIST ON SEPTEMBER 13TH AT 10.00AM. ONLY THE CHOIR CAN SING, MASKS MUST BE WORN IN CHURCH AND ONLY PEOPLE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD CAN SIT TOGETHER, BUT IT IS A START!!
St Andrew's is the parish church serving north Orford in the Borough of Warrington. From humble beginnings, worshipping in people's homes, the church grew, and a fine modern building was completed in 1963. St Andrew's lies at the heart of a council estate built after War.
St Andrew's is liberal catholic in tradition and our worship is principally Eucharistic. Our main act of worship (before the introduction of Covid-19 regulations) is the Sung Eucharist at 10.00am on Sundays. The congregation is made up of friendly people and newcomers are always welcome. We look forward to meeting you.
