St Mary and All Saints, Goodshaw with St John, Crawshawbooth
Welcome
Our parish serves Goodshaw and Crawshawbooth. Our church is situated at the top of the hill in Goodshaw on Goodshaw Lane at the junction with Goodshaw Ave and Goodshaw Lane, Rossendale BB4 8DD
OUR MISSION
St Mary and All Saints, Goodshaw with St John, Crawshawbooth is a fellowship of love belonging to Jesus. All are invited to join in prayer and worship and embark on a spiritual journey with us.
Our church is part of the newly formed Rossendale team ministry. We are currently working without an incumbent but are fortunate to have a caring and supportive church family with a number of Lay Ministers so that working together our fellowship and worship remains strong.
Over the last few years we have developed links with St Mary's church, Rawtenstall and St Paul's Church, Constable Lee. The appointment of a vicar to serve the joint benefices of St Mary, Rawtenstall, St Paul, Constable Lee and St Mary and All Saints, Goodshaw is imminent. We are all excited at the opportunities this will offer, both for our church families and the communities in which we live.
Our vision is to follow Jesus by learning His ways and sharing His love.
The parish of Goodshaw: St Mary & All Saints with St John Crawshawbooth is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. The Diocese of Manchester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.
