Eco work on the graveyard

Community_news

A lovely autumn morning calls for a little gardening work. Time was spent today planting daffodil bulbs in the lower graveyard and sowing yellow rattle seeds. It is hoped that the yellow rattle will, over quite a few years, help to control the grass growth and support the planting of wild flowers to create a wild flower meadow rather than the overgrown grass that is so difficult to manage.
