From 19th July, a said service following the Common Worship pattern
Online Morning Service
Every Sunday at 9:20 a.m. for 45m
St Michael's Felton and St Marys Longframlington YouTube channel
During the coronavirus epidemic a weekly service is being streamed, often from the vicarage, each Sunday morning at 09:20. Although churches are now allowed to reopen for worship, because of social distancing rules the numbers would be so restricted that many who have joined us during lockdown would be excluded. So we continue the pattern we have followed since early April.
The weekly pew sheet with the Sunday readings is posted each week in the News and Notices section of this website. The "More about this Event" button below will take you to the YouTube channel where you will find the service.
The folder containing recordings of recent services now also contains short thought-provoking reflections by other clergy, lay readers and other worship leaders, including readers in training. Our lay leaders have had less opportunities in the present circumstances, but these reflections give them, like the clergy, an opportunity to learn and practise new skills. These reflections will be posted periodically throughout the period when we are unable to worship in church. Use the "More about this event" button at the bottom of this page to find the reflections
