Christmas Fair

Craft gift stalls. home produce stall, bottle tombola. Soup and roll in the morning, tea and home-made cakes in the afternoon. Come and look for the unusual presents, local jams, jellies, chutneys etc in the warmth of the church.
You will be guided to the event by the bells (assuming they have returned by then!) which are due to be rung to a full 3 hour peal by a visiting band from the diocese during the Fair!

CAROL SERVICE

The first of the special Christmas services which is much appreciated by villagers and their returning families. The service will be led by Susan Rose in her inimitable style.

Making Christingles

for 1 hour, 30 mins

We shall be converting 50 oranges into Christingles in church. Come and help to spear the sweets and apply ribbons.

CHRISTINGLE

The most popular of the special Christmas services, welcomed by villagers and returning families even more so.

If you would like your children to help with dressing the oranges into Christingles, contact a churchwarden.

CHRISTMAS COMMUNION

for 1 hour

Holy Communion will be celebrated, using the Common Worship format, on Christmas Day morning by our villager, the Revd Greg Shaw.
