In November, we are honoured to welcome members of the Portsmouth Cathedral Choir for a special concert of music of remembrance.

Recognised as one of the South of England’s most respected Cathedral choirs, Portsmouth Cathedral Choir is known for the clarity, depth and expressive power of its singing.

This programme will reflect the spirit of remembrance: music of reflection, hope and quiet strength. In the stillness of St Hubert’s, this will be a perfect space for memory, gratitude and contemplation. An evening of choral music that honours the past while offering a reflection of the present.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Idsworth: St Hubert is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Portsmouth’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [www.portsmouth.anglican.org/safeguarding/].

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
