Every 1st & 3rd Sunday of the Month

Come and be part of our Youth Sundays! A space designed for young people to explore faith, build friendships, and have loads of fun together.

We start in the main church service and then head off partway through for snacks, games, and relaxed discussions about life, faith, and everything in between.

It’s a brilliant place to ask questions, grow in confidence, and connect with others your age in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Children’s Church runs in the hall during the main service.

Children begin the service in church with their parents or carers and are then taken to the hall by our Children's Church leaders. They are usually brought back to join the rest of the congregation at the end of the service. Parents are very welcome to accompany children who may feel shy or anxious.

Children’s Church is for ages 2–10, usually divided into two age groups: 2–5 years and 6–10 years.

Through Bible teaching, stories, games, videos, and crafts, children learn about God’s love and message in a way that’s fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.

We aim to make every session a joyful and meaningful experience!

Celebrate Lunar New Year with us!
Join us at 10am on Sunday 15 February as we mark the Lunar New Year together, followed by a delicious Chinese meal. Everyone is warmly welcome! Food to be served for 12:30pm.

All young people are invited to our Youth Pancake Party this Shrove Tuesday, a fun evening of pancakes, games, and discussion as we explore what Lent is all about and how we can prepare our hearts for the season ahead. We’ll be meeting from 6:30–8pm at St Helen’s Annexe, with a suggested donation of £2.

Please let Nakita know if your young person would like to come along. We’d love to see them there for a relaxed, welcoming evening of food, faith, and fun!

This service gathers in person every week and follows the Book of Common Prayer.

During Communion, we distribute the bread by dipping it in the wine, in line with the most recent guidelines from the Church of England. We invite everyone to join us in this meaningful practice.

Our Friendship Club Meets 2pm Alternate Wednesday's with Entertainment & Refreshments (£3). join us for fun, friendship and some weeks a trip down memory lane.

By doing so you are committing to pay, either at the event, or separately. If you require or can offer a lift from the Church Hall please indicate when you add your name.

Join us before our Sunday service for bacon and sausage butties (with vegetarian options available), served from 9:15am–10:00am.
Our All-Age Worship follows, and everyone is very welcome.

Evening service with communion

We are excited to invite you to join our Day Time ALPHA course
Alpha is a safe space to ask questions, grow in faith and get to know people. It will have a light lunch as part of this:

The Alpha Course begins on Monday 19 January at St Helen’s Annexe and will continue weekly.
Sessions will take place at lunchtime and include a meal.

BCP Communion

If life feels noisy, fast, and a bit chaotic, we’d love to invite you to Anchored, a six-week journey starting in February.

Anchored is for anyone who wants a steadier, deeper faith, something that holds on a Tuesday as much as on a Sunday.

Together we’ll explore simple, realistic rhythms of prayer, rest, community and calling, and gently shape a personal “rule of life”, a pattern of living with God that fits your season and your story.

It’s relaxed, honest, and welcoming, whether you’re new to faith, returning, or just hungry for more.
